Observation: Display cooler is providing an error message. Temperature gauge measures approximately 11C-15C. Manager was on site and had already called for a service as the machine was not functioning the day before
Corrective Action(s): Ensure refrigeration measures 4C or less. Inspector will need to verify this equipment before potentially hazardous foods can be stored in this display cooler. Store creamers and milk for hot coffee in the functioning walk in cooler.
