Follow-up inspection to Jan 11, 2023. Health permit fee of $37.50 submitted for Jan 2023 to March 31, 2023. Certificate of Incorporation and Notice of Articles provided. Operator registered for FOODSAFE Level 1 online course. Staff on-site with FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until March 19, 2023. Hot holding was greater than 60C in the rice cooker. Front bleach bottle was diluted to 200ppm. Ensure cleaning staff are educated on proper preparation of bleach. Facility granted Health Approval to operate. Condition on Permit - Single Service Utensils Only. Note: This approval does not exempt you from receiving approvaals from other local agencies.
