Observation: Containers of vegetable oil were stored directly beside boxes of detergent. All food products need to be store separate from chemical products.

Observation: Hot water faucet for the sink in the front serving area by the entrance door into the cash register area is not in good working order as it doesn't turn on. Have the plumbing problem fixed.

Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted at the time of inspection:
Walk-in cooler unit at 4C.
Walk-in freezer at -18C.
Under counter prep cooler at 4C.
Beef patty freezer was at -12C.
Internal temperature of foods held within the hot holding units were at least 60C.
Internal cooking temperatures for 10:1, 4:1, and 3:1 patties were at least 71C.
Chlorine dishwasher achieved a final rinse concentration of 100ppm. Chlorine test strips available.
Quats dispenser was greater than the measurable 400ppm. If the concentration is too high, ensure the chemical is dilute. Concentration for Quats only needs to be at 200ppm.
Foods items stored at least 6 inches off the ground.
Foods in cooler units were properly covered.
No pest noted at the time of inspection.
Temperature records maintained daily.
