The operator has traps in place and is sealing entry points that are found. A door sweep is in place at the back door. Corrective Action(s): Clean all droppings with a bleach solution and monitor. Comments

All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Hot holding was > 60 C. Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. Bleach sanitizer solution at the front measured at 100 ppm. The dishwasher reached 74 C at the plate level. General sanitation was satisfactory.
