-Handwash station adequately supplied.
-Refrigeration temperatures within requirement. Temperature monitoring system in place.
-200ppm QUAT available in labelled spray bottles.
-Glasswasher achieved >12.5ppm iodine at the glass level for final rinse. Ensure to check/replace sanitizer bottle as soon as empty.
-Drink dispensing guns/holders in good sanitary condition.
-Ice machine maintained in sanitary condition.
-No food stored nor served at this time.
-General maintenance and sanitation satisfactory.
-Professional pest control company contracted for regular visits. No evidence of pest activity observed.
