New shelves have been provided in the upright coolers located near the wash sink. Walk-in cooler has been thoroughly cleaned. Good Complaint received from a customer re: noticing a live cockroach on a napkin. Discussed the complaint with Store manager and conducted a thorough inspection of the restaurant. Pest monitoring program is in place that includes monitoring for roaches. Noticed some glue traps near the beverage coolers. Keep up with pest monitoring program as needed. Ensure to take the following additional measures. -Seal or close all open floor drains. -Clean floor behind the cookline/deep fryers and from the surfaces of fryers and equipment to remove build up of grease. -CLean up after grease spills on floors -Remove garbage frequently thoroughout the day. -Recommended additional traps underneath the coolers and freezers. Please send a copy of the report from the pest control company.
