Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash stations adequately supplied.
-Refrigeration temperatures satisfactory.
NOTE: Front cooler operating at 6~7'C at the beginning of the inspection, but came down to 3.8'C at the end of the inspection.
Ensure to monitor the temperature daily. All coolers should be operating <4'C.
-100ppm bleach solution available in a bucket for surface disinfection.
-200ppm QUAT in use for disinfection of yogurt machine and parts.
-Bleach in use for manual dishwashing. Oral demonstration provided by the owner at this time.
-Front area maintained in sanitary condition. Dry storage area satisfactory.
-No evidence of pest activity observed at this time. Washrooms satisfactory.
-No violations observed at this time.

General maintenance and sanitation of the facility very good.
