Food is mostly covered and stored off the ground. Raw animal foods are stored separately from, and not above, ready to eat foods.
Hand washing sinks are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
Bleach water sanitizer is available in labeled spray bottles at 100 to 200 ppm chlorine. Chlorine test strips on site.
High temperature dishwasher measured 80 degrees C at the utensil surface during the final rinse (minimum requirement: 71 degrees C at the utensil surface)
Three compartment sink supplied with sink plugs and hot and cold running water.
Equipment and utensils stored in sanitary condition. Ice machine in clean condition, scoop stored in clean container.
Cook line in clean condition. It was stated that ventilation canopy baffles are cleaned every few days.
No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection.
Washroom sanitary facilities in place.
