Sanitizer (quats) measured 200 ppm (bucket, spray bottle & 3rd compartment sink).
Back area storage - food and food-related items stored off the floor.
Walk-in freezer was at -20 deg C.
Walk-in cooler was at 1-3 deg C.
Line cooler was at 3-4 deg C.
Sandwich line cooler: meat deli side = 2-4 deg C (internal temp); veggies side = 4 deg C.
Hot holding: meat balls = 64 deg C; soup = 67 deg C
Beverage cooler (milk) = 4 deg C.
Temperature l og was available and up to date.
No pests noted at time of visit. Ensure pest control monitoring in place.
