Facility underwent minor renovation and reduced number of dine in seats to 6 and added more room for bbq meat preparation.
Facility renovated as per approved floor plans.
Amended food safety plan submitted and reviewed.
All 3 hand wash stations equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
All coolers <= 4 C.
Walk-in freezer = -19.5 C
Food warmers: rice, soup, meat all >= 60 C
Chlorine sanitizer > 100 ppm for wipe cloths.
All meat preparation, except for cleaning raw meat will be done in food prep areas (2); cleaning raw meat to be done in washing area; ensure all surfaces in washing area area cleaned and sanitized after preparing raw meat.
General food storage satisfactory.
No evidence of pest activity observed at time of inspection.
