Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Pallet holding crates of milk was left out at room temperature in loading dock. On site manager indicated that it had been taken out of the reefer truck on site as they were expecting another one to arrive and replace the current one.
Corrective Action(s): Keep milk inside at 4 deg C or less at al times. Only take it out once the new reefer has arrived. On site manager did not know when the new truck would arrive; milk was placed back into the onsite truck.

Routine inspection conducted:
Currently, walk in cooler units are still under repair. Foods are being stored in reefer truck on site as previously approved (see above violation regarding milk). Reefer truck at 3.9 deg C.
Handsink equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water
-General sanitation good
-No signs of pests observed during inspection
-Display/retail coolers all at 4 deg C or less
-Retail Freezers at -18 deg C or less

Note: Store has taken several precautions to implement social distancing and increased frequency of sanitizing (in response to COVID-19). Plexiglass barriers have been installed at each cashier till station, signs at the front entrance indicating not to enter premises if feeling any symptoms, signs on floor indicating one way passage through aisles, designated dirty basket areas and designated sanitized basket areas, etc. Copy of the current provincial guidelines for food retail stores was provided to on site manager.
