-Follow-up inspection to July 06, 2021.
-Walk-in cooler was serviced at the time of inspection. Ice build-up was removed from the compressor. Cooler was at 4C to 5C. Monitor cooler and contact service technician as needed.
-Bar glasswasher sanitizer pail was changed and was tested at 100ppm (minimum 50ppm required for proper sanitizing.
-Quats sanitizer was available in each food preparation area at the time of inspection, Sanitizer was tested at 200ppm.
-Chemicals were stored in properly labelled containers at the time of inspection.
