Observation: Small amount of mice droppings found in the staff washroom - under the hand sink cabinet, behind the dough mixer and between wall and prep. table.
Corrective Action(s): Please clean all mice droppings with Chlorine solution (1 part of Bleach and 9 parts of water).
Notify the pest provider. Cover all holes on walls in the staff washroom and sealed floor-wall junctions where the dough mixer is.
