Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Tofu and sprout products stored in glass cooler measured at 6-7.2C from lunch rush.
Corrective Action(s): Operator turned the dial colder and cooler was able to be maintained at 2C at end of inspection. Continue to monitor temperature - to verify at follow up inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Teriyaki sauce was in the hot holding unit and kept at 37C. Dial was turned off accidently.
Corrective Action(s): Directed staff to reheat the sauce, ensure it is kept over 60C.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two containers of bleach sanitizer were both at 0-10ppm chlorine.
Corrective Action(s): Staff remixed the sanitizer so there is 100ppm. Ensure to use the test strip to check concentration.

Observation: Hot water has been turned off in men's and women's washroom due to leak as informed by operator. Leak is from the faulty faucet.
Corrective Action(s): Please replace the faucet so that there is hot and cold running water available for handwashing. Complete in 2 weeks.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Wooden skewers used for cooking the shrimp are washed and reused.
Corrective Action(s): Skewers discarded. These wooden skewers are meant to be used once and discarded after. Switch to metal skewers if you'd like to reuse them.
