Observation: The vent hood has not been serviced since 2019.
Corrective Action(s): This may affect the indoor air quality. Service the vent hood as needed, and try to book the maintenance company ahead of time so that it gets done ahead of the deadline, in the future.

Observation: The low temperature chemical dishwasher is dispensing only 10 ppm chlorine during the sanitizing cycle at the plate surface.
Corrective Action(s): This needs to be adjusted to dispense atleast 50 to 100 ppm chlorine during the final sanitizing cycle at the plate surface. Use the 3 compartment sink and perform manual warewashing until the dishwasher is fixed. DO NOT USE THE DISHWASHER.
