Observation: Ice scoop stored improperly. Staff does not have designated area to store ice scoop. Currently found between slats of rolling racks which has the potential to fall onto floor or into bin.

Corrective Action(s): Obtain hook or bucket to store ice scoop in. Attach bucket or hook to wall (note: staff discussed that adhesive hooks do not stick to wall due to the cold temperatures)

- Freezers achieving temperatures of less than or equal to -18 degrees Celsius
- Three sink plugs available for use
- Sanitizer solution in use throughout food preparation areas and at concentrations of greater than or equal to 200ppm QUAT
- First In First out and date stamping methods observed in use
- Raw fish stored away from Ready to Eat food items
