Observation: 1. There is pooling water and soap/sanitizer residue observed on the floor under the dishwasher.
2. There is dust accumulation on the walk in cooler fans. Cleaning required.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Ensure to clean this area regularly to prevent slipping accidents and pooling of water. The water on the floor has soap and bleach in it. Ensure to wear proper PPE and apply safe cleaning procedures. Correction required as needed (daily).
2. Clean the fan covers to prevent build up of dust and possible contamination of dust on food inventory in cooler.
Correction required in one week.

Observation: New dishwasher is leaking during wash cycles. Pooling water and chemical residue observed on the floor. Repair required to prevent unit from leaking.
Corrective Action(s): Call technician to repair unit so it does not leak and is in working order. If unit is unavailable during repair, use the 3 compartment sink method. Correction required in one week.

Contents stored in washroom are cleaners, chemicals and light bulbs - acceptable.
