-Back prep cooler has been repaired. Temperature was 3C. Thermometer present in cooler for monitoring. -Manager reported pulling out frozen yogurt machines and cleaning along the floor/wall has been added to nightly cleaning duties. Machines are being left pulled away from the wall overnight to monitor for cleaning and any further pest activity. *Application forms provided at previous inspection to be completed and submitted to update premises name (DBA) from Famous Players to Cineplex
