Observation:
No running hot water in the premises as the hot water tank's thermostat is malfunctioning. Staff are unable to wash and sanitize surfaces properly. At time of inspection, a plumber was present to fix the hot water tank.
Corrective Action(s):
Repair/replace the hot water tank so running hot water exits all taps. Failure to do so will result in the closure of the premises until running hot water exits all taps.

Observation:
No running hot water at hand washing sinks, as the hot water tank's thermomstat is malfunctioning. Staff are unable to wash their hands correctly. At time of inspection, a plumber was present to fix the hot water tank.

Comments

A routine inspection was completed:
- Coolers 4C or colder; freezers -18C or colder; hot holding units above 60C; and thermometers present.
- High temperature dishwasher had rinse cycle temperature of 73.1C at the plate's surface, as per max/min thermometer.
- Hand sinks had running cold water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
- All foods stored in food grade containers; covered; labelled; date coded; foods stored in groups with raw proteins separate or below RTE foods; and foods stored 6" off the floor on shelves, racks or platforms.
- No expired foods in use or for sale. FIFO rules being followed.
- Bleach sanitizer in spray bottles had [Cl2] above 200ppm. Ensure to mix 1/2 Tsp (1/2 capful) of bleach with 500mL of water. Change this solution every 2-3 days.
- Valid, FoodSafe certified staff present.
- General sanitation level is good. No signs of pests.

**Follow-up inspection to occur tomorrow to ensure running hot water exits all fixtures in the premises. Failure to do so, will result in closure of the premises, until hot water exits all taps.***
