Outstanding Items:

Mouse droppings sited underneath equipment and under sinks. Mouse droppings also sited under cupboards under sushi display cooler. Operator to continue cleaning.
Operator needs to replace light cover, incorrect light cover was purchased at time of inspection. Operator has one week left till deadline. Different types of light covers were discussed with operator.
Holes in the walls must be fully sealed with seal wool or alternative, operator has started sealing the holes in the wall from the previous inspection

Corrected violations:

Right hand sushi display cooler had 2.4C at time of inspection.
Pest control report was presented from operator at time of inspection
Overall sanitation of the kitchen was cleaner from previous inspection, continue cleaning regularly.
