- General sanitation is good.

- Daily temperature logs available and kept up to date.
- Three compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. QUAT sanitizer available at 200ppm concentration.
- Surface sanitizer available in spray bottles at 200ppm QUAT concentration.
- Dry storage area has adequate space. All boxes and food items must be stored min 6inches (15cm) off the floor to facilitate cleaning. Please discard all cardboard boxes and clean the clutter in the back storage room.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection. A professional pest control company inspects the facility on a monthly basis.
General Store/Produce/bakery:
- General sanitation is good.
- The handwashing station in the bakery department supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, and paper towels.
- All display coolers at < or = 4C
- All freezers at < or = -18C
- Working thermometers in each refrigeration unit.
- No signs of pest activity. A professional pest control company implements pest management system.
- Random food items (i.e. dairy products, eggs, baby formula) checked for expiration dates, condition of packaging, and any signs of deterioration. All in good condition. |
