Observation:
White plastic inside ice machine has biofilm growth.
Correction:
1. Remove all ice.
2. Clean and sanitize inside of ice machine as per the manufacturer's instructions.
3. Re-make ice and discard first batch.
To be corrected today.

White plastic inside ice machine has been cleaned.
Ventilation canopy has been cleaned.
Ceiling exhaust fan above 2-compartment sink has been cleaned.
Inside of stand-up freezer has been cleaned.
Outside of sliding glass door cooler has been cleaned.
Stand-up glass door cooler now has an ambient temperature of 2.6 degrees Celsius. Potentially hazardous foods can now be stored in this cooler.
