- Handsink maintained with hot & cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel - 200ppm QUAT sanitizer buckets present at multiple locations - High temp dishwasher achieved 81C at final rinse cycle - Glasswasher achieved 12.5ppm iodine level at final rinse cycle - Coolers were <4C and freezers were <-18C - Good recordkeeping of temperatures for receiving, cooling, and equipment - Storage of foods is satisfactory and does not pose a risk of cross-contamination -General sanitation is satisfactory, but more attention to deep cleaning is required especially under the dishwasher area. - No signs of pest activity
