-General sanitation of the premises was satisfactory
-Handsink supplied with liquid soap and paper towel
-Dishwasher functioning. 50ppm chlorine residual detected after rinse cycle. Test strips present for monitoring
-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Chest freezer was at -17C
-Upright freezer was at -21C
-Hot holding temperatures were acceptable (>60C)
-Chickpea curry 64C
-Samosas (in front hot holding display) 66-72C
-Wiping cloths were in bleach sanitizer (100ppm).
-Floor tiles which were peeling have been replaced
-No signs of pest infestation noted at the time of the inspection. Pest Control contract in place with monthly service
*A few trays of sweets were uncovered as they were cooling. Ensure trays are covered to protect food from contamination.
