Observation: Mice droppings observed throughout kitchen: cabinetry, hot holding box, shelving, dishwasher booster.
Corrective Action(s): Thorough cleaning and sanitizing throughout kitchen required (2 days). Kitchen is currently not open for public events other than a fall time bazaar

Observation: 1. Flashing along dishwasher wall has small hole. This appears to be created by a rodent.
2. Kitchen door has gap that may permit pest entry.
3. An opened bag of flour in cabinetry observed to be rodent damaged.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Repair or patch up hole to prevent further pest entry (2 days).
2. Provide door sweep for kitchen door (June 22, 16).
3. Discard bag of flour. Any opened food products, excess dishware and food contact surfaces must be stored in pest proof bins, regardless of the intended user group (June 22, 16). All food contact surfaces must be washed and sanitized prior to storage.
