Routine Inspection:
- NOTE: Facility not in operation at the time of inspection.
- Hand washing station fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Walk-in cooler maintained at 3.3 degrees Celsius.
- No perishable food stored onsite.
- Bleach available onsite. Ensure when facility is in operation that bleach sanitizer is prepared at 100-200 ppm (half teaspoon bleach per gallon water).
- Glass washer sanitizing with 50 ppm chlorine.
- Ice machine maintained in sanitary condition. Ice scoop stored in designated holder.

***Food Safety Plan, Sanitation Plan and copy of FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate has still not been submitted to health department.***
