-Ensure that the Food Safety Plan is updated if any new food items are added. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Pest control is coming on site. Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. Invoices for meat on site. General sanitation was satisfactory.
