Observation: 0 ppm chlorine detected in fianl rinse of Dishwasher. Technician called.
Correction: Operator instructed on how to set up a sanitizing sink at 100ppm chlorine. Utensils are to soak for 2 minutes in warm water then air dry.
Comments

Dishwasher now dispensing approx. 80ppm chlorine in final rinse.
Operator stated they will pay the outstanding permit fee via phone.
