On the inspection date of May 15, 2023 there were 8 children and 1 staff present. At this inspection no contraventions were identified. Actions required by the licensee include no further action required and actions required the LO include no further action required. As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed and a copy is provided. This inspection report was completed on site, reviewed with the Licensee and a printed copy was provided during the inpection.
