Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Side handwashing station (closest to entrance) had no liquid hansoap coming out from dispenser. Manager indicated and showed soap is in a bottled pop container. Manager fixed the dispenser at time of visit.
Corrective Action(s): Not only liquid handsoap must be present, dispenser must be operational so that all handwashing amenities is available for proper handwashing to occur.
This is the third consecutive routine inspection with a handwashing violation (code 401). Enforcement will begin next visit should the same violation is observed and coded.

A set of egg cooking machine is observed at the back, placed on a table. No commercial ventilation is noted at the back. All foods that generate grease laden vapour must be done under a commercial ventilation. Please consult with City of Burnaby (fire department) and confirm if ventilation is required. Please provide a copy of confirmation to the undersigned.
