- Premises maintained in a sanitary condition. - Hot and cold running water present - Liquid soap and paper towel present at handsinks in staff washrooms - Cooler operating at acceptable temperatures (4C or colder) - Walk-in cooler 2C - Open display cooler unit 1C - Small glass door beverage cooler 4C - Freezers were maintaining product in a frozen state: - Walk-in freezer -19C - Glass door display unit -19C - End cap display cooler -27C - Food stored on shelving 6" off of the floor *Some product noted under shelving which appears to have fallen. Ensure area under shelving is kept clear to facilitate monitoring for pest activity and so that runways are harbourage places are not created. - No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection. Pest control contract in place with Orkin. Report from previous service provided at the time of the inspection. - Discussed stock rotation practices with Manager. Perishable items are checked daily with out of date products removed.
