Routine inspection conducted: - Handwashing station adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. - Coolers operating at/below 4'C; Freezer operating at -18'C. - 200ppm chlorine available in a spray bottle (label the bottle) and for manual dishwashing. - Ice machine satisfactory. Ensure to have the inside cleaned manually on a regular basis as discussed at this time. - No evidence of pest activity observed. General sanitation of the facility satisfactory but could be improved by cleaning hard to reach areas on a more regular basis (i.e. floors underneath/behind equipment, especially left corner of the front cashier area). Due to the limited space of storage, ensure to have the facility decluttered/organized on a regular basis as well.
