- General sanitation of premises appears satisfactory.

Note: Regular pest control services provided by Orkin. Pest control service report dated October 11, 2017 noted rodent activity in bakery area. Continue to monitor pest activity. Report new and/ or increased activity to your pest control company and follow all recommendations. No other areas with rodent droppings noted in bakery dept.
