Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Mould growth noted inside ice machine.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to thoroughly clean and sanitize all parts of the ice machine on a regular basis, by taking apart/disassembling removable parts of the machine and scrubbing all parts.
Staff emptied ice machine and began to clean and sanitize the inside at time of inspection.

- Triple-sink for manual warewashing maintained in sanitary condition. Sink drain stoppers available for use.
- Food preparation sink maintained in sanitary condition.
- Mop sink maintained in sanitary condition.
- Coolers measured 4C or less.
- Hot-holding available at 60C or hotter.
- Accurate thermometers available. Temperature logs available.
- Good food storage practices noted.
- Scoops for food and ice were properly stored in designated containers
- General sanitation satisfactory at time of inspection
