A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made: - Coolers 4C or colder; freezers -18C; hot holding was 60C; and thermometers present. - Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water. - Quats sanitizer in spray bottles had 200ppm strength. Good. - 3-compartment sink used for dishwashing. Quats sanitizer used in 3rd sink. - All foods stored in food grade containers; covered; labeled; date coded; foods stored in groups with proteins separate from RTE foods; and all foods stored 6" off the floor on shelves and racks. - No expired foods for sale or in use. FIFO rules being followed. - FoodSafe certified staff present. - General sanitation level is good. Improvement needed in the mentioned areas. Exhaust canopy was professionally cleaned Mar. 23/22, next cleaning due in 1 year. - No signs of pests. - Discussed inspection results with staff, no signature obtained due to pandemic.
