Follow up inspection: Met with owner on site. Broken shelving has been removed. Food grade shelving is on order. Manisha pickled product not for sale at the time of inspection. Owner to provide invoices today. Pending items: Hand washing station cold water handle still needs repair. Shelves will be installed at a later date. Dishwasher repair applied, digital display indicates 200F at manifold. Dishwasher final rinse at 49C. 71C at the plate inside the dishwasher is required. A dishwasher grade thermometer is recommended for testing the inside of the dishwasher. In the mean time, use manual washing and sanitizing of all dishware. Ensure to keep daily checks of dishwasher and sanitizers logs. Log issued again to operator.
