Observation: Debris observed in the floor drains underneath the sink and by the handwashing station nearest the hot holding case.
Corrective Action(s): Staff cleaned out the skimmer basket in the floor drain underneath the sink and water seemed to drain better at that particular location. Have maintenance clear out the drains in both areas to ensure that water does not pool in the food prep area.
