Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Potentially hazardous previously cooked food items found to be stored on counters during lunch rush. Internal temperatures of food at 7-8 degrees Celsius. CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION- Food items returned to cooler unit.

An addition insert cooler should be added to space adjacent to the deep fryer unit. Keeping potentially hazardous food items out at room temperatures during lunch or dinner rush is not acceptable.

Corrective Action(s): Ensure personal items are not stored in food preparation areas. These items should be stored on employee's person or in designated staff storage areas.
Food preparation is to occur only in designated food preparation sinks.

Food items are not to be stored for indefinite time periods in communal hallway. This is an area that any person can access and is not part of food preparation area as per approved floorplans.
