Observation: Accumulation of flour observed at one prep table in the kitchen. Some debris also observed underneath and behind the same table. Clutter observed in the back of the kitchen.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the noted areas. Ensure cleaning is done regularly to avoid accumulation of debris. Remove any equipment not required for the business to reduce clutter and allow cleaning to be done easier.
