306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: Corrective Action(s): Hogg1 - Repair caulking around the hand washing sink. Weatherby 2 - Repair wall with exposed drywall so it is impervious to moisture and can be cleaned. Weatherby 1 & 2 - Clean the floor in hard to reach areas such as at the floor/wall junction beneath the hand washing sinks and along cupboards (repeat request). Violation Score: 3

All coolers are at 4 C / 40 F or colder - good. Note: Temperature records for coolers on Weatherby 1 show temperatures above the required 40 F with no corrective actions (41 - 46 F). Verify that the temperature gauges inside the coolers are being checked and recorded and make sure that they are re-checked if above 40 F and corrective measures taken if temperatures do not go down to 40 F. Hand washing sinks have hot and cold water, liquid soap and paper towels in dispensers. Quats sanitizer is used (200ppm) (record the concentration daily). Commercial dishwasher has a hot water sanitizing rinse and temperature sticks are used to verify 71 C inside of the machine - good. Oceanside Weatherby 3 not checked today.
