Routine Inspection Hand sinks equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single-use towels. Coolers at 4 C or below. Freezer at -18 C or below. Sanitizer available in labelled spray bottle and registered at 100 ppm chlorine. Operator was able to demonstrate proper manual dishwashing procedures. Mechanical dishwasher is only used for washing dishes and not sanitizing at this time.Premises is single-use and take-out only. Sneeze guards placed in between rolled ice cream machine and customers. Premises kept in a clean condition. A copy of inspection report to be emailed to operator.
