Operator has changed name of the store and changed the menu/cuisine. Health Approval application completed. New noodle boiler added beside 4 burner stove
Handsink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water
Walk-in cooler measured 3C and prep cooler measured 2C
3 compartment sink with sink plugs available. Operator is able to demonstrate proper warewashing procedures. Manual warewashing method diagram posted.
No evidence of pest activity noted at the time of inspection
General sanitation and food storage practices were satisfactory at the time of inspection
Sanitizer solution available in spray bottles at 100 ppm chlorine

Operator would like to start serving food in re-usable containers. approval granted on the condition that seating is limited to 10 seats.
