Thank you for your hard work. Continue to work on the following:
- Be sure to write the time when food is placed into bins for cooling immediately. Do not wait to finish all of the deep frying as this can take 30 mins - 1 hour to complete.
- Ensure containers are not stored on food surface - observed one item
- Ensure open cans are not used for storage, once a can is open - place contents into a sealable container
- Tap at 3-cmpt sink required some cleaning
- No cardboard to be on floor.
