In the interim, use tabletop paper towel dispenser.

Routine Inspection:

Hand sinks (except for the sink in the chicken processing room) provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
200ppm quats available for use in labeled spray bottles.
200ppm quats dispensed from the chemical dispensing station at the 3 compartment sink.
Meat slicer cleaned and sanitized with 200ppm quats at least every 4 hours. Separate slicers used for different types of meat.
Walk in cooler at 4 C or below.
Chicken processing room chilled at 4 C.
Rotisserie chicken cooked to 86 C. Probe thermometer available for use. Temperature monitoring records maintained and available for review.
Under the counter cooler for pizza preparation at or below 4 degrees C.
Preparation cooler with inserts needing repair and was not in use at the time of inspection.
2 door freezer at -15 C. Upright freezer #1 at -11. Note: Freezers should be -18 C or below.
