-Soap and paper towels available at handsinks
- Dishwasher Low temp chlorine residue >50 ppm
-Walk in freezer : < - 18 degrees C
-Blast freezer: off at time of visit
-Upright cooler 3 C ,, walk in cooler (shared with brewery ) 3oC
-Dry storage area good.
-"Stera Sheen" sanitizer used for batch freezer
-No sign of pests noted
-3 compartment sink and hand sink
- Quats sanitizer : 200 ppm
-No signs of pests
- A recall system is being initiated, Re allergy: all products may have nuts and this been communicated to customers
- no issues noted. Great sanitation noted

* Ensure to keep a log re: daily monitoring for dishwasher sanitizer level and temp monitoring data and at refrigerations , keep it on site
