Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Upright refrigerator in the back storage area noted with an ambient air temperature of 12.1C over a prolong time period. The temperatures of the following cold potentially hazardous food were taken and noted to be between 10.8C - 14.8C.

Picture evidence was collected during the inspection. The following food was discarded by the operator and staff: 4 L 36% whipping cream, 946 mL of 33% cream, 1 tub of Ghee, 1 tub of mayonnaise, 4L of homo milk, 4 packages of 2.5 kg paneer, 2 containers of baked potato mixtures, raw eggs.

Observation: Upright refrigerator in the back storage area noted with an ambient air temperature of 12.1C over a prolong time period.
Corrective Action(s): All cold potentially hazardous food items were removed from this unit during the inspection - discarded or moved to another functioning cooler. Do not use this refrigeration unit until it has been serviced and able to maintain cold food at 4.0C or below.

Routine inspection conducted today:
Handwash stations, including washrooms, accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units were at 4C or below (except for the unit noted in the above violation).
All freezer units were at -18C or below.
Hot hold unit was holding hot food above 60C.
Sink & Surface Cleaner Sanitizer was set-up in 2 sanitizer containers (1 in the cooking area and 1 in the server area) and 1 spray bottle (1 in the server area) - concentration all satisfactory.
100 PPM chlorine residual detected at the plate level of the low temperature dish machine.
Did not see any improper dispensers being used in bulk food containers.
General cleanliness has improved.
No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
