Routine inspection conducted today:
Note: No protein was being cooked at the time of inspection. The oven and hot hold unit are only in use when orders are received.
Handwash stations accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units were at 4.0C or below.
All freezer units were at -18.0C or below.
Sanitizer spray bottle available and noted at 200 PPM QUAT.
3-compartment sink was set-up. 200 PPM QUAT was detected in the sanitize basin.
Overall sanitation and organization acceptable.
No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
