-Follow-up inspection to June 17, 2022. -Facility has been serviced by a professional pest control operator three times since the routine inspection. Operator was able to provide copies of service reports. Did not observe any signs of pest infestation in the facility (tin cat monitoring stations). Continue to monitor for pest activity and contact pest control services as needed. -Butcher services area cooler was at 3C. Temperature records indicated temperatures were less than 4C throughout the week. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Signature not required due to COVID-19.
