Comments

The space next door (5546 Hastings St) is used for teaching only, as per the approval in March 2023. Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Temperature records were up to date. The dishwasher reached > 71 C at the plate level. Recommend adding dishwasher final rinse temperatures to the daily temperature logs. The temperature should be, at a minimum, 71 C at the plate level measured by a max hold thermometer or 82 C/ 180 F at the manifold. Quats sanitizer was at 200 ppm. No evidence of pests. A professional pest control company is onsite regularly. Ensure that reports are available for review. General sanitation was satisfactory.
