On-site meeting conducted with owner as well as Operations Manager from Chef Hung corporate company.
Reviewed history of noncompliance of premises.
Discussed retraining for kitchen staff, particularly focussing on the aspect of storage and food handling potentially hazardous items.
Corporate kitchen must also assist in store by sending manageable volumes of containers/product.
